PAROC Head Pin

PAROC Head Pin is designed for capacitor discharge welding devices for welding directly through the insulation.

The PAROC Head Pin fasteners allow the fixing in a single operation of non-aluminum faced insulation such as slabs or wired mats on metal surfaces (ventilation ducts, metal beams, metal industrial, ventilation or air condition equipment, etc.).

Installation

Depending on the final effect you may use two different length of the pins: 1. Quilted surface - for the products up to 50 kg/m3 use the pins with the length little bit smaller than nominal insulation thickness (example: for insulation thickness 30 mm use 28,5 mm pin). 2. Flat surface – for all densities use the pins with the length little bit higher than nominal insulation thickness (example: for insulation thickness 30 mm use 30,5 mm pin).
