Our insulation products are selected based on the operating temperature of the pipe. They can be implemented with standard products or, for higher temperatures, with high-density pipe sections. From one-layer solutions to double or multi-layer ones, we cater to various specifications. For example, our PAROC Pro Lock insulation is an extremely close fitting insulation that does not have any gaps due to interlaced joints both lengthwise and across. Our solutions also extend to pipe elbow insulation, ensuring your entire pipework is effectively insulated.

PAROC Pipe Insulation
PAROC pipe sections provide rapid and economical installation. They are dimensionally accurate and compatible with factory-made components, such as bends and segments. Our PAROC pipe insulation solutions significantly benefit when insulating pipe elbows, eliminating the need for on-site cutting and supporting rings associated with wired mat insulation.

Sectional Pipe Insulation
Our double-layer pipe insulation solutions are perfect for temperatures higher than 250 °C and when the insulation thickness is over 80 - 100 mm. PAROC products, identifiable by the 'DL' in their product names, are single products based on two product pieces, one fitted inside the other. This, in turn, saves costs, eases logistics, and provides high quality insulation properties.
When two insulation layers are needed and the insulation thickness is over 160 mm, we recommend you choose Double Layer (DL) products. DL products provide you with a ready solution that includes two pipe sections that are dimensioned to fit together. DL products are packed inside each other and delivered together, which means even more savings through efficient logistics to and at the site.

Pipe Insulation Solutions
Our multi-layer pipe insulation solutions come into play when two layers are not sufficient. In such instances, three or more layers of insulation are used. We utilise mineral wool for industrial pipelines, ensuring efficient thermal insulation of industrial pipework.
PAROC Pro Lock solution
In the PAROC Pro Lock solution, one layer of insulation is enough to replace two layer pipe sections (thicknesses 80–160 mm). The installation time is shorter, which means considerable cost savings on scaffolding and other equipment, including general on-site labour costs. The total reduction in costs can typically be in the region of 20%–30%.
Straight Pipelines Insulation
One of the main features of our products is their long-lasting performance. PAROC pipe section insulation does not sag over time. We also offer special technical insulation solutions for pipe elbows, which perform as effectively as straight pipeline insulation.
Mineral Wool Pipe Section
Our PAROC pipe section solution outperforms wired mat insulation with regards to ease and accuracy of the installation process. The double-layer solution, PAROC Pro Section (WR), can reduce heat loss by at least 15 - 25% compared to wired mat insulation with the same insulation thickness. It also reduces insulation material costs, cladding costs and labour costs.
