Paroc was recognized with the "Product of the Year" award at the Global Insulation Conference, Exhibition and Awards 2015 held in Istanbul, Turkey at the end of September. PAROC eXtra Finnish Standard, a non-combustible stone wool slab used for thermal, sound and fire insulation, was recognized by insulation industry peers and voted the winner.
PAROC eXtra Finnish Standard, launched for the Russian market, is a general insulation slab used in various applications, such as walls, attics and floors, in all kinds of buildings. The slab is easy to handle, cut and install for different kinds of applications. The insulation doesn't settle, shrink or loose its insulation properties during its lifetime.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Global Insulation Conference, Exhibition and Awards, which is recognized as one of the most notable annual events for the industry.
