Reference is made to the 6.250% Senior Secured Notes due 2020 and Floating Rate Senior Secured Notes due 2020 issued by Paroc Group Oy (the “Issuer”).
The Issuer hereby gives notice that there has been a change in the group management team. Mr Fredrik Jonsson, Senior Vice President of business unit Technical Insulation, has decided to leave the company by November 2015. Group CEO Mr Kari Lehtinen is acting head of business unit Technical Insulation as of today until a successor is appointed. We want to thank Fredrik for his contribution to Paroc and wish him good luck with future challenges.
